And it’s not just one or two films… It’s five!

Disney Plus releases for July include: Spider-Man (2002), Spider-Man 2 (2004), The Amazing Spider-Man (2012), The Amazing Spider-Man 2: Rise of Electro (2014) and Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017).

In other words: July is the ideal month for those who want to binge-watch the adventures of our beloved Peter Parker.

The short film Mickey Mouse's Wonderful Summer

As you may already know, July 4th is Independence Day in the United States. In addition to being a national holiday, the date is widely celebrated throughout the country.

All this patriotic emotion is also reflected in content, such as films, series and even cartoons.

And in this Disney Plus launch in July 2022 we can also see a bit of that!

Mickey Mouse's Wonderful Summer is an original Disney Plus short that shows Mickey and his friends remembering some stories and situations that happened before the traditional fireworks display to celebrate the 4th of July.

And of course, knowing Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald Duck and Daisy, there will be no shortage of confusion in this short!

This is one of those Disney Plus releases for July 2022 that is a great option for kids to enjoy during the holidays.

This short film joins the content Mickey Mouse's Wonderful Winter and Mickey Mouse's Wonderful Spring.

The return of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series is one of the Disney Plus releases for July!

After 2 successful seasons, the acclaimed High School Musical: The Musical: The Series returns for its third year, having a guaranteed presence on our list of Disney Plus releases for July 2022.

In this new season, the Wildcats go to Shallow Lake, a summer camp in California.

And this trip has everything to be unforgettable, full of romance, fun and, of course, lots of music and contact with nature.

But the Wildcats' lives won't be all fun, as they'll have to put on a super important production of Frozen, one of Disney's most successful animations.

And on top of that, they will also have to film a dramatic documentary at the same time.

In other words: apparently, the Wildcats will have to work hard in the third season of the series!

The release of Zombies 3

Another debut on the Disney Plus release list for July 2022 that promises to be a hit with teenage audiences is Zombies 3.

In the film, we continue to follow the inhabitants of Seabrook, a city where humans and monsters live together in perfect harmony.

And it is at Seabrook High – the city's high school that Zed and Addison begin their senior year.

While Zed plans to get a scholarship and thus become the first zombie to enter college, Addison prepares to participate in her first international cheerleading competition.

But what Zed Addison didn't count on was the arrival of extraterrestrial beings in Seabrook.

And these unwelcome visitors promise to put the plans of Zed, Addison, and all the inhabitants of Seabrook at risk. 

The film is the third and final part of the franchise that began in 2018.

Ms. Marvel 

Although it's not necessarily a July premiere – as the series debuted on the streaming platform in June – Ms Marvel is also on this list because it follows a distribution format that seems to be coming back into fashion.

Instead of making all episodes available at once – as Netflix likes to do – Disney Plus preferred to follow a more traditional format, releasing episodes weekly.

Ms Marvel – which is the seventh television series in the Marvel Cinematic Universe – follows the story of Kamala Khan, a 16-year-old girl of Pakistani origin who grew up in Jersey City.

Known for being an exemplary student, Kamala also loves the world of superheroes – such as the Avengers and Captain Marvel. And because of her geeky tastes, Kamala has difficulty finding friends and fitting in at her school.

But her life turns upside down when she acquires superpowers and, in a flash, finds herself in the place of the people she admires so much: a superhero.

Now, Kamala will have to learn to deal with her mysterious abilities, with the school routine and, above all, deal with the conflicts of being from a Muslim family and living in the United States.

It's a good option for those who like Disney Plus original series, such as Wandavision, Loki and Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
