[Santander] Announces 10% Increase in Card Limits
Santander Bank increase the limit credit card at 10%.

This announcement was made in light of the coronavirus pandemic.
The bank decided to take this measure to minimize the impact of the disease on the financial lives of its customers.

“In this scenario of uncertainty and concern, it is essential to ensure everyone’s safety and provide customers with greater peace of mind when managing their finances.”
Rial took advantage of this initiative and also announced that it plans to contribute 100% of the 13th salary to all its employees in April.
Are there any requirements?
Banco Santander offers credit cards, even for non-account holders. All its customers have the right to increase their limit, as long as they are aware of the bill.
If the user is having default card account then the bank will not provide this benefit.
Some customers can already take advantage of their 10% increase in their limit. Simply check your Santander Way card management app, via mobile phone or tablet, if it is already available for your profile.
If the amount has not yet changed, you can contact Santander's communication channel via the website or telephone and request an increase.
“Increasing the credit card limit is a measure that allows the transfer of certain expenses, which can make a difference for those who have already had their budgets affected due to changes in the economic situation,” concludes Rial.
