CORONAVIRUS: To protect Brazil. No need to be afraid!

I bet you must be scared to death. Afraid of your family, friends and of going out on the street. You just need to take some precautions. You don't need to be afraid. It's very simple!

To Protect Yourself and to Protect Brazil

Wash your hands and forearms thoroughly with soap and water for 20 seconds. Also, don't forget the folds and under your nails.

Avoid lending or sharing personal items, towels, cups, pens, and cell phones or computers with others. Don't borrow anything either.

When coughing, avoid covering your mouth with your hands. You can cover your cough or sneeze with your arm or with disposable tissues. If you use tissues, wash your hands thoroughly.

Social distancing should be maintained. Try to stay at least 2 meters away from other people. This is the only way to prevent the virus from spreading and you from becoming infected.

Protect Brazil

Is it really worth closing a country? Italy was one of the countries that isolated itself from the world. But even so, we still need to protect ourselves individually.

In Rome, barriers were erected so that no one could gain access to the basilica church, the Vatican museums and Pope Francis' blessing.

These emergency measures were taken all over the world, unprecedented and dubious. After all, we are talking about a pandemic, the most serious degree of an epidemic.

In fact, Italy is in isolation. Everything is closed – restaurants, bars, museums, theaters, and shops. In fact, schools are also closed.

Everything is suspended, from ceremonies to parties, and professionals remain at home. Are these measures somewhat severe or equivalent to the severity of the disease?

The measures taken

Isolating the region and fighting to slow down the number of infections were the first measures implemented to prevent the spread of the virus. In fact, cities were completely closed.

Hospitals were built in record time, and treatment centers were set up in football stadiums to contain the pandemic. Then, the elderly were isolated, with more than 141,000 deaths among the elderly over 80 years old.

Hospitals are filling up and have expanded their capacity, in addition to implementing strict protocols. The masses have begun to face the coronavirus. A mutating virus is taking over the entire world.

Economic Sense

Let's be sensible, our political, ideological and visionary differences cannot blind us to the point of not seeing common sense. After all, no one knows for sure what is really effective.

In serious situations such as catastrophes, attacks and risks to the population, as well as those of economic origin, nations need to work together to find meaning and direction.

This storm will only bring us a lot of instability. What we really need is to protect Brazil, but how?
