How to prepare

First, cook the chicken with salt, shred it and set aside. Now, grate the carrot into the finest part and set aside as well.

Then chop the olive and mix it with the other ingredients. 

Finally, season with salt, lemon, olive oil, parsley and add mayonnaise until it reaches the desired consistency. Finish with the cream.

Place in a dish and cover with straw potatoes, decorate with parsley and strips of pepper, for example.

2. Farofa

  • 2 large plantains;
  • Half a kilo of dried meat (jabá);
  • A large onion;
  • 1 kg of flour;

  • 2 large garlic cloves, chopped;
  • A spoonful of olive oil;
  • 2 cans of canned corn and peas;
  • Half a kilo of chicken sausage or another sausage of your choice;
  • 300 grams of mozzarella;
  • Seasoning to taste, for example, coriander, parsley, chives.

How to prepare

First, make your rice as usual, with garlic, olive oil and salt and set aside.

Now, cut the sausage into cubes and place in a pan to boil for 5 minutes, drain the water and fry the sausage.

In a bowl, mix the sausage, rice, corn, peas and grated or diced mozzarella cheese.

Finally, bake until the cheese melts and finish with raw green seasonings, for example, parsley and coriander.

If you prefer, you can add raisins too, but if you want to keep it together during the Christmas dinner, leave the item out.

4. Pave

Christmas isn't really Christmas if we don't hear anyone ask: “Is it pavê or pacumê”.

Jokes aside, this dessert is delicious, but we focus so much on the pun that we forget to give it the prestige it deserves.

So, let's get to the recipe?

  • Cornstarch biscuit;
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch;
  • 1 can of cream;
  • Milk (same amount as the can of cream);
  • 2 cans of condensed milk;
  • 2 egg yolks;
  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder or chocolate powder;
  • Milk to dip the cookies;
  • Unsalted butter or margarine, to set the consistency.

How to prepare

Make a cream with the egg yolks, 1 can of condensed milk, cornstarch and milk. Place over low heat and stir until it reaches the right consistency. Set aside.

Then, make another cream with the second can of condensed milk, margarine and chocolate.

So, stir over low heat until it reaches the right consistency. Turn off the heat and mix in the cream.

So, start the assembly:

First the white cream, then soak the cookies in milk and place on top of the white cream.
